Community Engagement
About this event
The Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) is a New York State program that provides one winning downtown with planning support and grants to fund a slate of real, shovel-ready projects. Yonkers put its waterfront forward and was awarded $10 million and is beginning a community-led planning and project identification process before breaking ground. Local Planning Committee (LPC) will collaborate to develop a Strategic Investment Plan for the DRI area and evaluate projects for grant funding.
All LPC meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for public comment at the end. Learn more at https://www.yonkersdri.com/
